IACLEA Policy Development Course

Occurs every wednesday in april from 2-4pm est

In this 8-hour course participants will learn the importance of having effective departmental policies. Understand the legal and ethical considerations associated with the policy development process. Identify stakeholder engagement techniques to assist with policy development and implementation. Learn some effective drafting techniques and implementation strategies to help save time. Also, participants will receive one-on-one policy development assistance from knowledgeable instructors.
