The Board of Directors consists of the five officers (President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, 3rd Vice President, and Immediate Past-President), eight Regional Directors, three Directors-at-Large, and the Executive Director, who serves as an ex-officio member. The current president may also appoint non-voting Directors-at-Large for a one-year term.
