IACLEA Accreditation Manager Training Course

occurs every wednesday in march from 2-4pm est following the initial class on march 6th

This eight-hour course will enable IACLEA accreditation managers to successfully guide their agencies through the self-assessment and assessment phases of accreditation. Accreditation managers will be able to: 

• Build standard file folders with proofs of compliance.

• Understand the steps needed to complete the self-assessment.

• Conduct a gap analysis of agency policies and procedures.

• Develop a comprehensive management plan for completing the self-assessment.

• Identify appropriate proofs of compliance.
